The world premiere of Vía Crucis, the art book produced in collaboration with Botero, was celebrated on September 21st at the Antioquia Museum in Medellín (Colombia).

The event was attended by Juan Ribalta, CEO of ARTIKA; Marc Buil, ARTIKA Global Director; Macarena de Eguilior, Editorial Director, and several representatives from the museum.

The celebration kicked off in the morning with a short tour around the museum, followed by a press conference with major media outlets.

There was another tour of the museum’s collections in the afternoon, this time with all the guests. Afterwards, the presentation of Vía Crucis took place, followed by a private cocktail party.

This publication holds particular significance for the artist, who donated the complete Vía Crucis series to the Antioquia Museum in 2012. Today, that masterpiece has been transformed into an art book that pays homage to the people of Colombia.
